| Making A Purchase [Many of our goods are supplied to individual order only.] If they are not in stock, they will automatically be back-ordered for you. (Please see further information below.) Note: all prices shown include VAT. Postage depends on quantities and/ or destination and the cost is displayed before you are asked to pay for your goods. To buy any of our products, just browse our online Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your Shopping Cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need before we can satisfy the order. We accept payment by most credit/ debit cards and we use SAGEPAY to verify credit card payments online in a secure server. You may also order via phone, fax or mail. You can correct any mistakes tag , e.g. change the product or quantity in your order, or delete items, by viewing your Shopping Cart and making the necessary changes there. You are only committed to purchase any item after you have entered your payment details and completed the Checkout process, when a Receipt will be displayed that you can print for your records. Please ensure you have a printer connected and working, to print your Receipt. You will then receive an E-mail acknowledgement from us detailing your order. This does not constitute acceptance of your order by us, and is for your information only and to comply with EU E-Commerce regulations. Details of your order will be held electronically on file by us and you should E-mail or call us if you wish to query it. |
| Shipping And Handling We have simple flat-rate carriage charges for delivery within th United Kingdom. For orders up to £15.00 we charge £2.50 For orders between £15.00 and £50.00 we charge £5.00 For orders above £50.00 delivery is free! For delivery to other countries please contact us for further information. Please note we are not responsible for the payment of import duties that may be levied in your country. Please check with your Customs Department if necessary, concerning Import Duties payable by you. |
| Delivery Schedule Where possible, after we recieve your order, we will ship the next day . We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days .Please note that many of our goods are supplied to individual order only. If we cannot deliver goods within 30 days, we will advise you and offer you the opportunity to retain the item on order with us. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you and ship as soon as it becomes available. In the unlikely event of any undue delay arising in completing your order, we will contact you by E-mail and offer you the option of cancelling your order and refunding if you would rather not wait. |
| Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. Prices shown in our online catalog include Value Added Tax. For orders made from the UK and countries in the European Union, 17.5% VAT will be added. If you are VAT-registered in the EU (except the UK), you have an option to enter your VAT Registration Number, in order to exempt yourself from paying VAT. You must enter your VAT Registration Number to exempt yourself, otherwise tax will automatically be added for EU orders. All orders from other countries are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero . |

| Returns Policy Your right to cancel an order for goods: under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (as amended), UK consumers have the right to a 7-day cooling off period. You may return goods at your expense and risk in unused, completely as-new and resaleable condition within 7 (seven) working days starting the day after delivery and obtain a refund of the purchase price paid. This right to cancel does not apply to DVDs, CDs or software that has been opened, nor to periodicals or magazines or custom-made goods. None of the aforementioned affects your legal rights as a consumer under other legislation. If you wish to return goods, please contact us straight away. You must take good care of the goods and you are responsible for the cost of returns postage. Refunds are made in the same manner that payment was originally made. Any costs that we have to incur in recovering goods from you will be deducted from any sum refunded.
